Windswept Butte

The Paria Plateau illustrates the work of a powerful consortium in nature: water, wind and upheaval. The plateau is a textbook of geological phenomena similar to this butte; however, this caught my eye because of the colorful marbled effect. It looks as if the color has been stirred into the sandstone.
